As a licensed and certified appraiser, Steve has completed over 100 hours of professional training with 5 certfied state exams. Each year Steve is required to complete 30 hours of continuing education. Effective Date: 3/1/2010
Bonded
Steve is bonded through the Kansas Board of Realtors and also earned an Ethics Certification. This is an annual process requiring class attendance.
E&O Insured
Steve has purchased Errors and Omissions Insurance through Liberty Insurance. As a professional he wants to make sure that your investment is protected.
