Appraiser Competency and GEO Competency Statements The appraiser is competent in the subject's urban marketing neighborhood since the appraiser has been performing appraisal services in Wichita, Kansas and the immediate surrounding Urban/Suburban/Rural areas and/or counties; ie... Butler County, Cowley County, Harper County, Harvey County, Kingman County, Kingman County, McPherson County, Marion County, Reno County, Sedgwick County, Sumner County, since May of 1999 and has an extensive comparable data base and utilizes three Multi Listing Services data base services (South Central Kansas MLS, McPherson MLS and Hutchinson MLS) and has personal appraisal experience in all of the above mentioned marketing areas by completing over 1,500 appraisals in the last 36 months alone. The appraiser has completed, at a minimum, 28 hours of continuing education each year for the past 16 years; including USPAP courses annually.
